You will research the market and competitors, request raw property photos/videos from Arvin, and handle ideation editing posting optimization on your own. Arvin is the face - you are the execution engine.

Responsibilities
Self-research Arvins listings + market trends + top realtor content
Create viral, scroll-stopping reels (CapCut + AI avatar + AI voice + native subtitles)
Localize reels into multiple languages: Filipino, Mandarin (Simplified Chinese), Moroccan Arabic (Darija), French, Punjabi, Gujrati, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Tamil + more
Post listings across: FB, IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest Pins/Boards, YouTube, Pinterest
Optimize for watch time, saves, shares, and inbound leads
Adapt fast as Arvin expands into new business verticals
