Job Description

We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager who can manage multiple brands, create impactful marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Instagram trends, viral content, and social media algorithms, along with the ability to coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Brand Management

  • Handle multiple client accounts professionally as a Brand Manager.
  • Conduct client meetings, onboarding calls, and strategy discussions.
  • Understand the clients business, target audience, and brand positioning.
  • Maintain smooth communication and build strong relationships with clients.

2. Social Media Strategy

  • Develop creative social media strategies and monthly content plans.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand growth strategies.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brands voice, goals, and audience.

3. Content & Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and photographers to produce high-quality content.
  • Give clear creative briefs and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Track performance of posts, reels, and campaigns.

4. Instagram Growth & Trends

  • Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels strategy, and organic growth techniques.
  • Stay updated with viral trends, trending audio, and content formats.
  • Create strategies to make reels viral and grow Instagram accounts organically.

5. Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze insights and performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
  • Suggest improvements and new campaign ideas based on analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Social Media Management (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and campaign planning ability.
  • Confident in handling clients and leading brand discussions.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram trends, reels strategy, and algorithm updates.
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads) is a plus.
