A cozy pastel-themed caf in Kandivali East, Mumbai , Lavender Bakery & Desserts is where sweetness meets style. From artisanal cakes and desserts to dreamy lattes and lavender vibes, we create picture-perfect moments that taste as good as they look.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Experience: 35 years

Salary: 40,000 60,000 per month (based on experience)

Work Schedule: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

What Youll Do

Plan, design, and schedule creative posts, reels, and stories that reflect the cafs warm, aesthetic vibe.

Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual appeal.

Coordinate with the photography and content teams for shoots, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal online community.

Track analytics, monitor performance, and suggest creative ways to grow reach and engagement.

What Were Looking For

A passionate storyteller with a flair for aesthetics and attention to detail.

Someone who understands caf and lifestyle trends, and can translate them into engaging social media content.

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Prior experience in managing brand social media pages (F&B or lifestyle brands preferred).
