Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Twitter).
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Create detailed content calendars that align with brand campaigns, seasonal trends, and cultural moments.
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to assess content effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to ensure Confetti Gifts stays ahead of the curve.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives.
• Develop engaging captions, creative hashtags, and campaigns that drive brand visibility and customer loyalty.
• Plan and execute social media ad campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the lifestyle, gifting, or e-commerce industry.
• Strong aesthetic sense with a knack for curating visually pleasing content that reflects the brands identity.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different platforms.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Ability to think creatively, stay organized, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
