Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experiencedSocial Media Managerto join our team and lead our social media efforts. The ideal candidate should haveexperience in the e-commerce industry, specifically withprivate label brands, and a strong understanding of various social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and brand awareness.


Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online presence across various platforms.
  2. Create, curate, and manage all published content, including images, videos, and written copy.
  3. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to enhance our social media campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategy with overall marketing initiatives.
  5. Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
  6. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
  7. Analyze and report on key performance metrics regularly, using data to optimize strategies and tactics.
  8. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
  9. Engage with influencers and build partnerships to expand our brand reach.
  10. Stay current with social media algorithms and adjust strategies to maximize organic reach.
  11. Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage audience participation.
  12. Manage social media calendar and ensure timely posting of content.


Qualifications:


  1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
  2. Prior experience working in thee-commerce industry, preferably withprivate label brands.
  3. Proven success managing social media for businesses acrossFacebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
  5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  9. Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
