This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Bangalore Urban. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, managing social media platforms, optimizing content for social media (SMO), and ensuring engagement with target audiences. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance metrics, creating compelling written content, and collaborating with teams to build brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Expertise in Content Strategy and Writing for impactful communication
• Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills
• Analytical mindset for performance tracking and reporting on social media campaigns
• Proficiency in social media tools and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, among others
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt content to suit different audiences
• Team collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field is preferred
