Position Purpose and Summary

As the Social Media Manager at LOVETC, you will be the creative force behind our digital presence, crafting compelling content and executing strategies that resonate with our audience. Your role will be pivotal in building a vibrant community, driving engagement, and amplifying our brand's voice across platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)

Create original, on-brand content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and written copy

Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends

Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics and audience insights

Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive features to build community

Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends

Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging

Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content opportunities

Participate in photoshoots and events to capture behind-the-scenes content

Manage social media budgets for paid promotion and sponsored content


Qualifications

3+ years of social media management experience in the beauty industry.

Proven success in growing brand engagement, followers, and community for consumer beauty brands.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and on-brand content creation across multiple social media platforms.

Proficient with social media analytics tools and data-driven content optimization.

Skilled in photography, video production, and editing for social media formats.

Experience with social media management and content planning tools

Deep knowledge of beauty trends, terminology, and consumer behaviour on social media.

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt LOVETC's brand voice across channels.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.


Preferred Skills

Experience styling cosmetics products for flat lays and visual storytelling.

Understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and content discoverability in the beauty space.

Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

Experience in influencer marketing and managing long-term brand collaborations.

Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.

Community management experience with a passion for customer engagement.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
