About the Role

Indiacharts is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to build and manage our entire online presence from the ground up. You will work closely with our Strategy Lead to convert research insights, product features (STRIKE), and educational frameworks into high-impact social content.

Your goal is to grow our investor community, improve brand visibility, and establish Indiacharts as a trusted voice in techno-fundamental investing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

• Build Indiacharts social media presence across YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Plan, schedule, and publish content including reels, shorts, carousels, threads, posts, and community updates
• Convert market insights, educational concepts, and STRIKE features into easy-to-understand content.
• Write clear captions, hooks, and scripts for daily educational content
• Collaborate with the video editor/designer to ensure posts are polished and brand-aligned
• Create platform-specific content calendars and execute them consistently.

Community Management

• Engage with followers across platforms, reply to comments, DMs, and community questions
• Track audience sentiment and insights to improve content strategy

Brand & Growth

• Maintain a consistent brand voice based on Indiacharts principles: educational, disciplined, research-driven
• Track platform analytics and prepare weekly reports with growth recommendations

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in social media management (finance domain preferred).
• Strong writing and communication skills (a must)
• Good understanding of investing, markets, and financial content trends
• Ability to apply SEO principles to social content, including hashtag research, keyword mapping, and optimising posts for algorithmic reach
• Familiarity with reels/shorts formats and platform algorithms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple platforms simultaneously.
