Role: Social Media Manager

Youre a great fit if you:

• Have24 years of experience growing a D2C brand (20K 100K followers is a big plus)
• Canshoot, write, edit, and post content yourself
• Take initiative, move fast, and dont wait for instructions
• Understand that great content isnt just visuals
• its thehook, caption, edit, audio, timing, and intent
• Obsess over details (yes, actually obsess)
• Know how to buildreal engagement and trust , not just likes
• Can createperformance-driven content that converts
• Care deeply about building awomen-first brand

• Youre comfortable beingon camera
• You want to grow into aBrand Manager role

What Youll Do

• Own Bare WearsInstagram and digital presence
• Ideate and create content thatbuilds trust and drives sales
