About the Role

Were looking for a Content Farm Manager who can run, optimize, and grow a large-scale short-form content engine.

You will lead a team, streamline workflows, oversee publishing, and ensure every page performs at its best.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Team & Operations

Lead a team of editors, designers, and posting executives

Create smooth workflows and SOPs for editing, posting & quality checks

Coordinate with the main YouTube long-form team for sync & content alignment

Content Planning

Plan daily & weekly short-form content schedules

Approve reels/shorts before publishing

Ensure consistency in quality, style & branding

Growth & Performance

Track analytics for 100+ Instagram & YouTube pages

Spot viral trends and guide your creative teams

Identify low-performing pages and revive them

Own daily/weekly performance reporting to leadership

What Were Looking For (Required Skills)

Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms

Experience managing multiple social media pages

Ability to run high-volume content pipelines

Knowledge of short-form editing styles, hashtags & basic SEO

Strong leadership & communication skills

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Experience with Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite & YT Studio
