Social Media Manager

Avias India is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the brands digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, platform growth, audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches

Create engaging reels, posts, stories, and captions

Monitor trends and implement creative strategies to improve reach and engagement

Manage community interactions including comments and direct messages

Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights

Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams

Maintain brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing

Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content performance

Excellent communication and content writing skills

Basic knowledge of Canva or video editing tools

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred)
