Social Media Manager and Content Creator

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator. The responsibilities include developing, planning, and executing creative social media strategies, creating high-quality and engaging content, managing social media channels, optimizing posts for increased reach (SMO), and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and coordination of marketing campaigns is also a key part of the role.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Content Strategy
• Creative Writing and content creation capabilities
• Experience in analyzing social media metrics and developing performance-enhancing strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team and align with branding guidelines
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
