Operating from our Kochi office, we work with brands across UAE and international markets, combining strategy, creativity, and technology to maximize ROI and accelerate sustainable eCommerce growth.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager/ Social Media Advertising Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong background in managing social media platforms, executing paid advertising campaigns, and driving brand engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-performing social media strategies that enhance brand presence and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
  • Engage with the community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Social Media Advertising:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) to track and report campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and paid advertising.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and ad optimization.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
