Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-orientedSocial Media Managerto joinPlading. In this role, you will handle content creation, video editing, social media strategy, and brand communication for our clients. Youll be responsible for creating impactful digital content and ensuring strong online presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client goals, brand voice, and audience to plan effective content.
• Create and manage engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns across social platforms.
• Build monthly content calendars and schedule posts using management tools.
• Edit videos and create visually appealing designs for social media.
• Monitor comments and DMs; maintain positive engagement and brand reputation.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform algorithm changes.
• Work with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum1 year of experience/skills in social media management or a similar role.
• Advanced Canva (Mandatory).
• Video Editing (Mandatory) mobile or desktop (CapCut, InShot, Clipchamp, VN, VEED, etc.).
• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Snapseed, AI tools (optional but a plus).
• Strong storytelling, creativity, and content writing skills.
• Understanding of analytics, insights, and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work.
• Quick learner ,positive attitude , andself-problem solver .

Compensation

• Probation Period (3 months): 7,000 9,000/month (based on interview)
• Post Training Starting Salary: 15,000 18,000/month (based on performance)
