About the Role

Were looking for a Social Media & Marketing Executive who is eager to learn, hungry for growth, and has a strong problem-solving mindset.

You dont need years of experience - just the basics and the willingness to level up fast.

Social Media Management

• Support in creating and executing daily content across Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Research trends proactively and propose new content ideas.
• Maintain posting calendars and assist with scheduling.
• Engage with audience: comments, DMs, and community interactions.

Content Creation

• Help create Reels, Shorts, carousels, and basic graphics using tools like Canva/CapCut.
• Assist in writing captions, short scripts, and hooks.

Email Marketing

• Assist in creating newsletters, promotional emails, and basic automation flows.
• Maintain email lists and segment audiences.
• Learn and use tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar email platforms.

Influencer Marketing

• Help build and maintain an influencer list.
• Reach out to micro-influencers for collaborations.
• Coordinate product seeding, follow-ups, and tracking deliverables.
• Assist in managing influencer content approvals and posting.

Analytics & Growth

• Track performance metrics for social posts, emails, and influencer campaigns.
• Identify issues, drops, or gaps and suggest improvements.
• Experiment with new strategies, formats, and tools.

Problem-Solving

• Troubleshoot posting issues, content delays, or communication gaps.
• Search for solutions independently before escalating.
• Self-learn new features, tools, and platforms quickly.

Requirements
