Job Description
Role summary
This is a client-first role. Your main responsibility is to manage clients, projects, and internal coordination. Social media involvement will be limited to support and coordination, not ownership. Youll ensure work moves smoothly from brief to delivery, on time and as expected.
What you will do (client servicing primary focus)
- Be the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear briefs
- Coordinate with design, copy, video, and performance teams
- Own timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and deliveries
- Present work, take feedback, and ensure revisions are closed properly
- Keep clients updated on progress, plans, and next steps
- Manage day-to-day communication and routine escalations
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through better scope and solutions
- Maintain basic documentation: briefs, scopes, timelines, and reports
- Support planning of monthly content calendars with the team
- Coordinate with creatives to get social media content executed
- Handle posting coordination and approval follow-ups
- Help track basic performance metrics and share simple reports
- Ensure brand tone and content consistency across posts

- 23 years of experience in client servicing / account management in an agency
- Comfortable handling clients, timelines, and multiple projects
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of social media workflows (not a core requirement)
- Organized, proactive, and strong with follow-ups
- Can work in a fast-paced, onsite agency environment
