What You Will Own
1. Strategy (No Handholding)
Build the entire social & community strategy from scratch
Define why we exist on each platform and what success looks like
Translate brand vision into clear, aggressive growth goals
You must be able to explain:
Why this idea
How it will be executed
What impact it will create
2. Ruthless Execution
Plan, schedule, and execute content on time, every time
Launch campaigns, drops, and community initiatives without chaos
Move fast, test faster, double down on what works
No missed deadlines. No random posting. No excuses.
3. Community = Priority #1
Actively reply to every relevant comment and DM
Build conversations, not passive followers
Moderate and grow an actual community, not a dead audience
Own the brand voice: smart, human, and consistent
4. Platform Ownership
You will fully own and grow:
Instagram (brand + engagement engine)
Discord (core community & loyalty)
LinkedIn (brand credibility & narrative)
Twitter/X (culture, voice, relevance)
Each platform must serve a clear purpose. If it doesnt, fix it or kill it.
5. Impact & Accountability
Track performance, engagement quality, and community sentiment
Share weekly insights: what moved the needle, what didnt, and why
Constantly improve stagnation is failure
