About the Role

Mindbowser is hiring a Social Media Manager to own our entire organic social and video ecosystem. This role covers strategy execution, hands-on video production, publishing, and performance tracking across brand and CXO/leadership channels.

The role is responsible for scaling Mindbowsers presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and podcasts, using AI-first workflows and strong content judgment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Social Media Ownership (Mindbowser)

• Own and execute Mindbowsers organic social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Define and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned to brand themes, services, PR, leadership content, podcasts, and events
• Repurpose blogs, case studies, webinars, PR coverage, and leadership insights into high-performing social formats
• Own scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and engagement across all brand channels

CXO & Leadership Content

• Own execution of CXO and leadership content across LinkedIn and YouTube
• Plan, record, edit, and publish leadership videos (short-form and long-form)
• Maintain a separate leadership content calendar aligned to agreed pillars such as:
• Ensure clarity, credibility, and consistency across leadership content

Video, Podcast & YouTube Management

• Own end-to-end video workflows from idea to publish
• Record, edit, and publish:
• Leadership videos
• Podcasts
• Webinar recordings
• Shorts, reels, and highlight clips
• Own Mindbowsers YouTube channel completely
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, thumbnails, and publishing cadence
• Use AI tools for clipping, captions, summaries, chapters, and content repurposing

PR, Events & Brand Amplification

• Amplify PR announcements, media mentions, partnerships, awards, and company news across brand and leadership channels
• Support promotion of webinars, reports, launches, podcasts, and key announcements

Requirements

Must-have skills

• 35 years of experience managing B2B social media and video content
• Proven ability to record, edit, and publish videos independently
• Hands-on experience with video tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut, or equivalent and Canva)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for leadership and opinion-led content
• Practical use of AI tools for video, captions, summaries, and optimization
• Comfortable working directly with CXOs and senior leadership

Good-to-have skills

• YouTube SEO and short-form video distribution
• Familiarity with tools like Zoho Social
• Understanding of SEO and how social/video support organic demand
• Qualifications
• Demonstrated growth in engagement, reach, subscribers, or consistency across platforms
• Ability to scale output without losing leadership credibility or content quality
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or IT services
