Social Media Manager (Onsite)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite

Salary: 35,000 45,000 per month (based on experience)

Light & Living is a well-established lighting brand with a strong retail presence and a growing online business. We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media platforms.

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
• Create and post daily content (posts, reels, stories)
• Coordinate product shoots and showroom videos
• Write engaging captions and maintain brand consistency
• Monitor comments & DMs and engage with followers
• Track performance and share weekly/monthly reports
• Assist with basic ad creatives and boosted posts

• 13 years experience managing brand social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing
• Good communication and caption-writing skills
• Comfortable working in a full-time onsite role

• Experience with retail / lifestyle / home dcor brands
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Influencer collaboration experience
