Social Media Manager (Full-time, Onsite)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team in Guwahati . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media presence of our clients across platforms, with a strong focus on engagement, growth, and brand voice.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
• Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar
• Analyze social media performance data and refine strategies for improved reach and engagement
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with content writers and the designing team for consistent messaging
• Do industry and competitor research to maintain content relevance
• Monitor social media platforms, manage community interactions, and respond in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 23 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy development, content planning, and execution.
• Ability to analyze insights and translate data into actionable improvements
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and other social media advertising platforms is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, creativity, and coordination skills
