Now, were looking for a Social Media Lead who can shape how we communicate, build authority, and stand out globally.

This is NOT a typical social media role

Were not looking for someone to just post content.

Were looking for someone who can think, position, and execute with clarity.

What Youll Own

Strategy

• Define and lead our social media direction
• Build clear content pillars aligned with our brand
• Drive consistency in voice, messaging, and design

Thought Leadership

• Own LinkedIn (Company + Founder profiles)
• Turn product insights and industry trends into powerful narratives
• Create content that builds authority not vanity metrics

Creative Execution

• Produce high-quality posts, carousels, and videos
• Maintain a clean, modern, design-led brand identity
• Work across tools like Figma, Adobe, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.

Planning & Performance

• Build a structured monthly content engine
• Track performance and continuously improve

You are:

• Strategically sharp and opinionated
• Design-sensitive with strong aesthetic judgment
• Structured and execution-focused
• Comfortable working closely with founders
• Able to simplify complex ideas without losing depth

Bonus if you have experience in SaaS / B2B / Restaurant Tech
