Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Handler role located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Handler will manage and grow the party's presence across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with the party's communication goals. The role involves collaboration with team members to effectively engage with audiences and promote the party's vision and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Experience in Content Creation, including writing, editing, and graphic design, to develop visually appealing and impactful posts.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Analytics to effectively track performance and optimize social media activities.
• Strong understanding of Political Communication and brand-building strategies to align content with organizational goals and values.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Proven experience in managing social media for high-profile organizations or entities is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is desirable.
