Were looking for a sharp, data-driven Social Media Growth Manager to help us build and scale our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

If you enjoy blending creative storytelling with growth strategies, this role is for you. Youll work closely with the founders to drive brand visibility, engagement, and measurable growth.

What Youll Do

Plan & execute content across multiple platforms

Own the content calendar end-to-end

Write crisp, engaging copy

Track performance metrics & share insights

Run growth experiments & test new ideas

Engage with communities & trends

Repurpose long-form content into social assets

What Were Looking For

02 years of social media experience (brand/startup/personal project)

Strong writing & communication skills

Hands-on with at least 2 platforms

Basic understanding of analytics & growth metrics

Self-starter with a proactive mindset

Someone who genuinely understands social media dynamics

Nice to Have

Canva / Figma experience

Short-form video familiarity (Reels / Shorts)

SEO & organic growth understanding

Experience in fintech / SaaS / D2C

Comfort using AI tools
