Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy:Develop and execute social media strategies for political branding and outreach.
• YouTube Management:End-to-end management of YouTube channel (SEO, Thumbnails, Title/Tags, and Analytics).
• Content Creation:Crafting engaging posts, captions, and scripts that resonate with the audience.
• Trend Spotting:Keeping a close watch on political trends and creating real-time content.
• Engagement:Monitoring comments and managing the online community to maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Social Media pages (Experience in Political/News sector is a big plus).
• Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms and SEO tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive content.
• Excellent command over English and Marathi (Optional: depending on your region).
