We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team. This is a high-energy role for someone who lives and breathes podcasts, understands internet culture, and wants to grow fast under direct mentorship from our founder, who has scaled digital brands to over 2 million+ followers and worked with some of Indias top voices.

What Youll Do

• Act as a producer for our personal brand clients and podcasts: research, cultural relevance, guest coordination, prep material, and keeping episodes sharp and compelling.
• Run social media marketing & distribution: reels, shorts, audiograms, copy, posting schedules, analytics.
• Assist with brand & growth strategy for podcast and company pages.
• Track trends, audience insights, and whats working in the podcast/content space.
• Bring fresh ideas to keep us ahead of the curve.

Who You Are

• Graduate or fresher-level, looking for a break into media, content, and digital branding.
• Hands-on with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content.
• Strong communicator with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Hungry to learn, experiment, and grow fast.
