Type: Full-Time | On-Site

What Youll Be Doing

• Recording and editing high-quality Instagram Reels & short-form video content
• Creating engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Planning and executing social media campaigns
• Implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
• Managing content calendars and posting schedules
• Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns
• Contributing creative ideas aligned with trending formats
• Strengthening SHEMROCKs digital brand visibility

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience in Social Media Marketing & SMO
• Hands-on expertise in reel recording, editing & content production
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)
• Understanding of trends, hooks, retention techniques & engagement growth
• Strong writing & communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with performance analysis capability
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
