Agadh is a fast-growing Growth Marketing Agency based in Chandigarh, with expanding operations in Mumbai. We work with multiple national brands across industries and build high-impact, performance-driven digital campaigns.

People who live on social media.

People who dont just scroll trends they spot them before they explode.

You should apply if:

• You have minimum 3 years of agency experience handling multiple brands.
• You understand Instagram & LinkedIn deeply (algorithms, trends, hooks, retention, storytelling).
• Youre creative + strategic (ideas are great, execution is better).
• Youre comfortable shooting content on phone and editing reels yourself.
• You are hands-on with Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.
• You can manage content calendars, brand tonality and posting discipline.
• You are comfortable being in front of the camera when required.
• You move fast. You execute faster.
• You enjoy brainstorming campaign ideas and quirky content formats.
• You understand audience psychology, not just aesthetics.

• Plan & execute platform-specific social media strategies
• Build and manage content calendars
• Create reels, stories & short-form video content (mobile-first)
• Shoot & edit quick-turnaround content
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters & performance teams
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts & trends
• Turn ideas into viral-ready execution
• Build brand narratives, not just posts
