We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience who can take ownership of our social channels, ensuring that every comment is heard and every story is told with empathy.

Your Mission:
Be the Hub: You will be the central coordinator between our doctors and our external marketing agency. You ensure the aesthetics and medical facts are right, and the creative delivery is

on time.
Build the Community: You won't just post; you will engage. Replying to comments, managing DMs, and fostering genuine conversations with our audience is a priority.

LinkedIn Leadership : You will take charge of our LinkedIn presence, crafting professional yet accessible content that positions Aadicura as a thought leader.

Capture the Moment : Spotting engaging stories within the hospital and bringing them to life (Stories/Reels) to showcase our warm, community-focused culture.

Who You Are :
You have 2+ years of core social media experience (Healthcare experience is a bonus).
You are a strong writerespecially for LinkedIn and community engagement.
You are organized enough to manage agency deadlines and empathetic enough to reply to a patients query.
You are ready to execute fast without needing hand-holding.
