About the Role:

This role is about shaping YouTubes creator-led marketing strategy across India nd Southeast Asia. You will lead flagship programs, drive product adoption, and build deep connections with creators while influencing integrated campaigns that move culture and deliver business impact. Its a mix of strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making at scale.

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities

Lead Creator Ecosystem Programs:

Design and execute initiatives like Creator Summit, Creator Collective, and other community-

building programs to strengthen YouTubes relationship with creators.

Drive Product Adoption:

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new YouTube features (e.g., Shopping

Affiliate Program), ensuring rapid adoption and measurable growth.

Integrated Marketing Leadership:

Oversee multi-channel campaigns across social, influencer, and experiential platforms, ensuring

cultural relevance and brand consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with global, regional, and local teams (marketing, PR, policy, legal) to align strategies and

deliver impactful campaigns.

Analytics & Insights:

Monitor campaign performance, creator engagement metrics, and brand health indicators;

translate insights into actionable strategies.

Thought Leadership:

Represent YouTube in industry forums, creator events, and cultural conversations, positioning the

brand as a leader in digital innovation.

What you need to be great in this role:

12+ years of experience in social marketing, influencer strategy, and integrated campaigns

across India and APAC.

Proven track record of leading large-scale creator programs and driving measurable

business impact.

Strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem (creators, trends, monetization) and multi-

format content.

Expertise in agency management, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence.

Ability to blend creativity with analytics, using data to inform decisions and optimize

campaigns.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
