Role Overview

This role will own and drive the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, including performance marketing, SEO, social media, and lead generation, with a focus on generating high-quality investor leads. The position will also build and manage a digital marketing team and scale marketing operations.

Ideal Candidate

• 610 years in digital marketing with strong performance marketing expertise
• Experience running high-budget paid campaigns with measurable ROI
• Strong understanding of investor or high-value lead generation funnels
• Ability to build and scale a marketing team

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360 digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Run high-performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Drive HNI/UHNI lead generation campaigns with strong CPL and ROI performance
• Lead SEO and content strategy to grow organic traffic and investor engagement
• Manage the website, landing pages, and lead capture funnels
• Build and lead a team of content, design, video, and performance marketing professionals
• Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, CRM analytics, and marketing dashboards

Mandatory Certifications

• Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, YouTube) Mandatory
• Meta Blueprint Certification Mandatory
