FPJ Games is the interactive youth-facing extension of Free Press Journal, designed to engage young audiences through games, challenges, and participatory content. We are taking FPJ Games directly to colleges, youth events, and public spacesand were looking for energetic creators to lead this on-ground engagement. College students are preffered!

Remuneration - 20,000/- per month

Role Overview

As a Young Content Creator FPJ Games , you will be the face of FPJ Games on the ground. Your role is to engage college students and young audiences, introduce them to FPJ Games, drive participation, and capture high-energy content from real-world interactions.

This is a field-first role that blends youth engagement, content creation, and live interaction .

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Engagement

• Visit colleges, festivals, and youth-focused events to promote FPJ Games
• Actively interact with students and attendees to encourage participation and gameplay
• Explain game mechanics clearly and make the experience fun and approachable
• Build excitement and create a high-energy environment around FPJ Games booths or activations

Content Creation

• Capture short-form videos, reels, and stories during on-ground activities
• Record real reactions, gameplay moments, challenges, and crowd interactions
• Shoot quick, mobile-first content suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Coordinate with the FPJ digital team to align content with campaign goals

Brand Representation

• Represent FPJ Games in a confident, positive, and youth-friendly manner
• Maintain brand tone while keeping interactions natural and engaging
• Be comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with strangers

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Youthful, energetic, and confident personality
• Comfortable engaging with crowds and starting conversations
• Active on social media (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, etc.)
• Basic mobile video shooting skills (framing, angles, quick edits preferred)
• Comfortable being on camera and capturing content in real time
• Willing to travel locally for college and event activations
