We always knew flexibility had to be our core feature, in terms of both spatial design & community culture. Keeping this in mind, 2gethr ORR has been designed with a host of amenities that support our members 24x7whether to take a quick nap & recharge before the next big meeting or sweat it out with the team during a brainstorming session.

About the Role:

We at 2gethr are on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Content Writer with 13 years of experience in creating engaging, platform-first content.

If youre someone who can think in ideas, write with intent, and bring stories to life through sharp, compelling copy, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create engaging, platform-specific content across social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including captions, hooks, and short-form scripts.

Translate brand ideas into compelling, clear, and impactful copy that aligns with 2gethrs voice and positioning.

Work closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams to ideate and execute content from concept to final output.

Contribute to content calendars, ensuring consistency, relevance, and timely delivery of content.

Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and audience behavior to create content that drives engagement.

Develop creative campaign ideas and storytelling formats to strengthen brand presence.

Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone consistency, and quality standards.

Collaborate on reels/video scripting and content ideation for short-form content.

Monitor content performance and optimize copy based on insights and engagement metrics.

Maintain a strong understanding of brand messaging, audience, and business objectives while creating content.

Key Requirements:

• 13 years of experience as a Social Media Content Writer or in a similar role within a brand, agency, or creative team.
• Strong ability to write engaging, platform-specific content across formatscaptions, posts, campaigns, and short-form script.
• A good understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and what drives engagement.
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling narratives aligned with brand voice and tonality.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen sense of language, structure, and storytelling.
• Good organizational skills to manage content calendars, deadlines, and deliverables.
• A creative and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt, learn, and continuously evolve.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

13 years of experience in social media content creation / copywriting (brand, agency, or digital-first environment preferred).

Exposure to reels/video scripting or content ideation.

Familiarity with tools like Canva and social media scheduling platforms.

Experience working on brand campaigns or influencer-led content.
