Key Responsibilities

Manage client communication, feedback and monthly reviews

Plan and coordinate monthly content calendars

Bring fresh content and reel ideas aligned with each brand

Brief and coordinate with the internal design team

Manage the content team and ensure timelines are met

Ensuse smosth day-to-day accouve management across brands

Who We're Looking For

Is confident speaking with clients and handling feedback

Is organised and strong with follow-ups and timelines

Has a sharp eye for social media trends and content direction

Thinks proactively instead of waiting for instructions

Can manage multiple brands and a team effectively

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing Agency

Prior experience in client servicing and content planning

Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content

Agency experience preferred
