Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage social media content strategies across platforms

Create high-quality written content including captions, reels copy, and campaign messaging

Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure brand consistency

Monitor content performance and engagement metrics

Support paid social promotions; experience with paid campaigns is an added advantage

Requirements:

Strong command of written and spoken English (mandatory)

Proven experience in social media and content management

Ability to maintain a professional brand voice across platforms

Understanding of content performance insights and reporting

Experience with paid promotions will be considered a leverage

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Must be available for a full-time, on-site role in Pune
