Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Social Media & Content Leader to scale a global brand in wellness, Ayurveda, and holistic health . This role demands a strategic thinker and storyteller who can build global visibility, foster engaged communities, and convert content-led engagement into loyal customers.

You will own the end-to-end content and social media ecosystemstrategy, execution, performance, and innovationacross global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead a global content and social media strategy aligned with brand vision and growth goals
  • Position the brand as a thought leader in Wellness, Ayurveda & Holistic Living
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across platforms and markets

Content & Storytelling

  • Lead creation of high-impact content: blogs, videos, reels, podcasts, campaigns, emailers, and more
  • Develop compelling storytelling frameworks showcasing Ayurvedas modern global relevance
  • Collaborate with doctors, wellness experts, creators, and communities for authentic narratives

Social Media Excellence

  • Own presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, X, and emerging platforms
  • Design viral and community-led campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and acquisition
  • Track performance using analytics tools and deliver actionable insights

Growth & Performance

  • Own social KPIs: reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and brand sentiment
  • Optimize organic and paid strategies using data and experimentation
  • Build content-to-conversion funnels supporting customer acquisition and retention

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Partner with design, PR, e-commerce, and product teams for integrated campaigns
  • Identify and execute global influencer, expert, and media collaborations
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, AI tools, and content technology

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital & Social Media Strategy
  • Proven success building global brands through content and community
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance measurement
  • Expertise in converting content into customer acquisition and growth funnels
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Strong global cultural awareness with content localization capability
  • Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, holistic health, and consumer engagement
