Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can help build buzz, shape conversations, and translate cinematic storytelling into engaging digital narratives across platforms.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact content strategies that drive audience engagement before, during, and after the films release.


Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with the films marketing roadmap

Create short-form video content including reels, teasers, behind-the-scenes clips, cast interactions, and promotional edits

Plan and execute content calendars for pre-release, release, and post-release phases

Work closely with the production, PR, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaign objectives

Capture and edit on-set and off-set moments for digital storytelling

Monitor trends and adapt content to leverage viral formats where relevant

Manage community engagement across social platforms including comments, DMs, and audience queries

Collaborate with influencers, media partners, and promotional teams for campaign amplification

Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement insights

Assist in running paid campaigns in coordination with performance marketing teams


Required Skills

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content ecosystems

Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar

Graphic design capabilities using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools

Ability to create compelling short-form and long-form content

Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools

Understanding of digital marketing and audience growth strategies

Copywriting skills for captions, scripts, and promotional messaging

Ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment

Creative storytelling and visual communication skills

Knowledge of social media trends, film promotions, and entertainment marketing

Basic photography and videography skills are preferred


Good to Have

Experience working on film, media, or entertainment campaigns

Understanding of meme culture and internet-native content formats

Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows

Experience managing live social coverage during events, shoots, or launches
