About the Role

Were looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Content Intern who can help build and grow the founders personal brand on social media.

This role is hands-on and end-to-end from content ideation and writing to shooting, editing, and publishing posts. You will also help plan and manage the content calendar while experimenting with formats that increase reach and engagement.

If you enjoy creating content, understanding trends, and building personal brands online, this role will give you real-world experience in content and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write engaging short-form content, captions, and LinkedIn posts
• Brainstorm content ideas, hooks, and storytelling formats

Shooting & Editing

• Assist in shooting video content for social media
• Edit short-form videos/reels and basic visual content
• Ensure content is platform-optimised and engaging

Social Media Execution

• Post and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Engage with the audience through comments and messages

Content Planning

• Help plan and manage the monthly content calendar
• Research trending topics, formats, and viral content styles

AI-Assisted Content

• Use AI tools to support research, ideation, and drafting content

Performance Tracking

• Track reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Suggest content improvements based on performance

Who Were Looking For

• Someone who actively uses social media and understands content trends
• Has basic content writing skills
• Comfortable with shooting and editing short-form video content
• Familiar with AI tools for content support
• Creative, proactive, and execution-oriented
• Interested in personal branding and digital marketing

Good to Have

• Experience editing videos using Cap-Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Basic Canva or design skills
• Understanding of LinkedIn content formats
