Appsoleut Games is a passion driven, fast growing mobile gaming studio based out of Gurgaon, India. Our MISSION is to soon become a leader in the Mobile Gaming Industry, internationally. We developvehicle-based games in the simulation, driving and racinggenre. Our games have done us proud by consistently staying in the Top 30 games in the Racing category in USA and beating (momentarily!) Nintendo Mario Kart in Japan!

Job Summary:
As a Social Media & Community Manager (Gaming) you'll manage our games online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, discord adapting content to suit different channels
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our games and our brand
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Set targets to increase awareness and increase customer engagement
- Manage a budget for social media activities
- Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
- Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform.
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
- Excellent team work, collaboration and networking skills
- Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics
- Online community management and customer service skills to strike a balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
