Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Social Media Associate. The Social Media Associate will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media platforms, managing and growing the company's online presence, strategizing social media campaigns, and monitoring their effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include developing and scheduling posts, collaborating with the marketing team, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on the latest social media trends to enhance brand communication and reach.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of work experience in any related field
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating compelling messages and engaging with audiences.
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media platform management.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and strategy implementation to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies for improved results.
• Familiarity with design tools and creative applications is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury industry is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
