Social Media Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Associate to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, trends, and community engagement, and capable of executing social media strategies that support business and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Write compelling captions, reels/scripts, and short-form content aligned with brand tone

Plan and execute the social media content calendar in coordination with the marketing team

Coordinate with designers to develop creatives, reels, and infographics

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; actively engage with the audience

Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Support campaign launches, promotions, and brand initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, English, or a related field

13 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing

Strong written communication skills in English

Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics

Basic knowledge of paid social ads is an added advantage

Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Requirements:

Willingness to commute to the office location

Prior experience managing brand or business social media accounts

Onsite role (not remote)
