Social Media and Content Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Write unique, grammatically correct and engaging content across formats (blogs, emailers, social media posts, video scripts, presentations, podcast show notes, etc.)
• Conceptualise, develop and manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other relevant B2B platforms
• Pitch and secure high-profile guest speakers for the Datamatics podcast series including industry experts, thought leaders and business executives
• Coordinate end-to-end podcast logistics, including guest outreach, scheduling, briefing, content planning and follow-ups
• Occasionally host podcast episodes with confidence and professionalism, conducting engaging interviews aligned with brand messaging
• Manage podcast distribution across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, LinkedIn) and track episode performance

Preferred candidate profile

• Exceptional writing and copywriting skills with proven ability to create conversion-focused content
• Confident on-camera/on-mic presence with digital or public speaking experience (webinars, podcasts, video content, virtual events)
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Expertise in prompt engineering with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.)
• Basic understanding of podcast tools (Podcastle, Riverside, Descript) or willingness to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• UG / PG Qualification: Graduate/PG
• Overall Experience: 4-8 Years
• Experience in working with BPO, IT, ITes, or B2B products/services-based organizations would be an additional advantage.
