Social Media and Community Manager

Managing end-to-end social media presence , including content planning, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking across platforms.

Leading in-house photography and reel creation , conceptualising, shooting, and editing short-form video content aligned with brand tone and campaigns.

Handling PR and collaborations , coordinating with creators, partners, and media for brand visibility and outreach.

Playing an active role in planning and executing events , launches, and on-ground brand activities, ensuring smooth coordination and brand consistency.

Managing community engagement , responding to audience interactions, building relationships with regular customers, and maintaining an authentic brand voice online.

• Supporting team coordination and basic team handling , working closely with operations, kitchen, and service teams to align brand communication with on-ground experience.

• Strong interest in social media management and digital storytelling
• Photography & reel-making skills are a must (shooting + basic editing)
• Good understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and content formats
• Ability to plan and execute on-ground events and brand activities
• Basic knowledge of PR, collaborations, and influencer outreach
• Community management skills engaging with audiences, replying to DMs/comments with warmth and clarity
• Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and handling multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the brand

• Freshers are welcome
• Prior experience is a plus, but passion, creativity, and consistency matter more
