* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in security operations

* Proven experience leading and managing a security team

* In-depth knowledge of security concepts, frameworks, and best practices (NIST

Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, etc.)

* Strong understanding of security tools and technologies used in a SOC environment

(SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, cloud security etc.)

* Experience with security incident response (IR) methodologies and frameworks
