Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) team, providing mentorship and guidance.Oversee the monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents.Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and playbooks.Ensure effective incident response processes and coordination with other teams.Implement and optimize security tools and technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and Threat Intelligence platforms.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve security posture.Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage.Provide detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and metrics.Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to continuously enhance SOC capabilities.Manage vendor relationships and ensure outsourced services meet security requirements.
