Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SOC Implementation Engineer based in Bengaluru. The SOC Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the deployment and integration of Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include leading software and project implementations, providing expert technical support during integration, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role involves collaboration with clients to address their cybersecurity needs and leveraging technical expertise to enhance security infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Implementation and deploying cybersecurity solutions
• Experience in Project Implementation and delivering client-focused solutions
• Strong Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving technical challenges
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities for maintaining client relationships and satisfaction
• Project Management skills, including proficiency in planning, monitoring, and executing projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, or equivalent) are preferred
• Previous experience in SOC implementation or cybersecurity is an advantage
