Position: Snowflake + Gen AI Data Engineer

Experience Required: 4-8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon &

Professional and Educational Background: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech / MBA

Must Have Skills:

1) Snowflake

2) Gen AI

3) Snowflake data warehousing, including SQL, Snow pipe

4) AIML

5) Python

Must Have:

Develop and deploy machine learning models within Snowflake using SnowML to enable in-database analytics and AI workloads.
Implement and manage Snowflake External Functions to connect with external AI/ML services and APIs seamlessly.
Experience in Python programming for data engineering, automation, AI model integration, and extending Snowflake functionalities.
Practical experience building and deploying Generative AI (GenAI) applications or models, utilizing open-source or commercial AI frameworks.
Strong SQL skills and expertise with Snowflake utilities like SnowSQL, SnowPipe, and managing data sharing.
Experience developing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion workflows, and data transformation within cloud platforms.
Good to have AWS, Azure or GCP data storage and management technologies such as S3, Blob/ADLS and Google Cloud Storage
Should have clear understanding of DW Lifecycle and contributed in preparing technical design documents and test plans
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Desired Knowledge / Skills:

Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face for model development or deployment.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for AI workloads.
Certifications in Snowflake (SnowPro Core) and GenAI are highly desirable.
