Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python Data Science PySpark and Snowflake. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data solutions to drive business insights and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced data solutions using Python Data Science PySpark and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data processing and storage.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the solutions are up-to-date.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions and processes.
- Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models.
- Optimize performance of data solutions to meet business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Python programming and data science techniques.
- Have extensive experience with PySpark for big data processing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing solutions.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
