Snowflake Data Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional with deep expertise in the Snowflake data platform to design, develop, and optimize cloud-based data solutions. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to build scalable data architectures, enhance data pipelines, and ensure data integrity, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

For Data Engineers:

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, Matillion).
• Transform raw data into structured formats for analytics and reporting.
• Optimize SQL queries and Snowflake performance (e.g., clustering, partitioning).
• Implement Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks for real-time data ingestion.
• Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to understand data needs.

For Architects:

• Design scalable and secure data architectures using Snowflake.
• Lead migrations from legacy systems to Snowflake.
• Define best practices for data modeling, naming conventions, and compute resource usage .
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards .
• Mentor junior engineers and guide architectural decisions across teams
