Location: Remote (Hybrid for Pune/Nagpur)

Role & Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Snowflake
Lead end-to-end Snowflake implementations including data modeling, performance optimization, and cost optimization
Drive data migration and modernization initiatives from legacy/on-prem data warehouses to Snowflake
Define data architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are implemented and maintained
Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions
Mentor team members and provide architectural and technical guidance
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and client discussions
Stay updated with evolving Snowflake features, cloud technologies, and industry trends

Required Skills

812 years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, or Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture and implementation
Experience in data migration projects to Snowflake
Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning
Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Matillion, Talend, or similar
Experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Domain Experience

Experience working with Insurance industry data models and business processes (Good to have)

Good to Have

Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
