Job Description

Responsibilities


Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects to work on and be responsible for delivery of outcomes.
Identify improvement opportunities (efficiency e.g. Robotics & process improvement) and drive them to closure.
Work with Operating and IT / Digital teams to implement new processes, minimize variation and deploy digital solutions.
Analyze and synthesize large amounts of data to identify patterns and propose focus areas to drive end business outcomes.
Align with operations team in adapting change to deliver the outcomes
Be an agent of change and drive best practices and standard work solutions in teams

Preferred Qualifications


Project Management Certification PMP etc
Experience in digital deployment Robotics and AI
